I am a licensed clinical social worker for teens and adults in CT. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, trauma, gender, and sexuality. I strive to attune to each client through a use of empathy, humor, and endless curiosity to learn and grow together.

I have been practicing since graduating with my Master’s in 2019 from the University of Saint Joseph. I utilize DBT, CBT, narrative, and inner child therapies, and I value being able to apply intersectional, systems-based framework to understand how we are being impacted by the communities we live in.
